REGISTRATION & HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Registration Fee includes: Meeting handouts, access to all functions (task group meetings on Tuesday morning, General Sessions, Exhibits, Reception on Tuesday, Breakfasts, Breaks (Tues-Thurs), Lunch on Wednesday door prize drawings Meeting concludes Thursday at Noon. PDH's will be available and posted to your Member Profile on this website after meeting (check 'yes' on registration form).
The contracted room rate is $159+tx single / double

* Exhibitor Rules & Regulations included on registration form. Option to contribute as a reception sponsor also available on form. After you register to exhibit you will receive an email to select your space.
